Customer are required to check all items upon receiving from CHONGSWAY FROZEN MART. If you are not satisfied with the items delivered, you are required to contact us via Email ([email protected]) or Whatsapp (011 19118378) within 24 hours. WE WILL NOT ENTERTAIN ANY COMPLAINTS AFTER 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING.

Refund & Return 

We will issue a partial/full refund if the following occurs : 

  1. There is a damaged item. 
  2. Wrong item delivery.
  3. There is a missing item in your order.
  4. Expiry item or goods deliver to you.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. All refund cases could take up to 14 business days to process. Dispute on Refund Amount after 24 hours of receiving will not be entertained.
